When a mere fraction of the population participates in voting, and a large number of them are wholly ignorant of basic civics, it’s heard to read much into what we see and hear when it comes to government. Our country will do best when it has an elected congress that knows the difference between serving and being served, and an educated, virtuous population capable of distinguishing the same.

We are not ever going to get there.

That very same government is and has been purposely manufacturing a base of absolute morons that know nothing about anything.

And seeing that effort not moving fast enough is now importing the same from south of the border in order to perpetuate itself.

And both parties want that manufactures base, obviously, because neither party has lifted a finger to do anything other than assist its growth.

It seems clear to me that a centralized power structure over time draws the worst of the worst in terms of truly evil people, schemers, masterminds and madmen.

I do not believe at all that a free country can survive with a centralized power structure.

It was a mistake to create the federal government.

It was just a matter of time before that beast matured, and we are certainly there.
