How do you know he has a second degree murder charge? That seems impossible if the juvenile records are sealed. I don’t like that we know about this. What does sealed mean to people?
They are kept sealed, as long as you are alive. Once you are dead, the records CAN be released.
Whether they HAVE been released is another story.
