That seems impossible if the juvenile records are sealed.

They are kept sealed, as long as you are alive. Once you are dead, the records CAN be released.

Whether they HAVE been released is another story.

Thanks! I didn’t know that they can be unsealed once you die. I think they should put a time limit of 50 years on it. Not that it has anything to do with the case, but it just seems unnecessary for the family to have this junk come out now.
