In the second case, Shawn Lloyd Marshall, 52, of Locust Street near 61st in West Philadelphia,was charged with murder, abuse of a corpse and related offenses in the death of Priscilla Groover, 54, who lived in another home on the same block, Russell said....

Abuse of a corpse????
Twenty years ago in Miami, two Columbian drug smugglers led a high-speed police chase that ended with a successful stop. An inventory of the Audi discovered a body in the trunk; however, there were no “missing persons” on the police blotter to match the body. The only charges brought were eluding police, excessive speed, and abuse of a corpse.
Dismemberment, I would guess.
No evidence of foul play in the death?
Don’t remember, although the high-speed chase suggested guilt (of something).
