We have a president, not a king.
Yet President Obama has decided to act like a king, using imperial powers to change the status of millions of illegal immigrants.
This is bad policy, and it is bad law.
Millions more illegal immigrants will flood across our unprotected borders, demanding the same status.
Thats the bad policy.
And the President enacted the bad policy by violating the Constitutions separation of powers.
Thats the bad law.
At the ACLJ, were fighting in Congressfor secure borders, for the Constitution, and against President Obamas imperial presidency. Join us:
Sign the Petition: Stop President Obamas Lawless Immigration Order Members of Congress,
Its up to you. De-fund President Obamas immigration Executive order. Do not authorize a single taxpayer dollar for President Obamas lawlessness.
If not, please pray for this wonderful organization (The ACLJ, the American Center for Law and Justice) and for Jay Sekulow who says he has been summoned to Capitol Hill, to Congress, to oppose it in person this Tuesday. "Im going to testify before the House Judiciary Committee and explain exactly how President Obama broke the law."

Here is what Jay said: President Obama broke his own promises.
He ignored his own lawyers advice.
He violated the Constitution.
President Obamas executive action on immigration is unlawful, a breathtaking abuse of power.
And Ive been summoned to Capitol Hill, to Congress, to oppose it in person.
Tuesday, Im going to testify before the House Judiciary Committee and explain exactly how President Obama broke the law. Stand with me:
Sign Our New Petition: Stop President Obamas Lawless Immigration Order. Our November Matching Challenge ended yesterday, but sadly we fell almost $50,000 short of our goal. Generous donors have decided to extend the deadline one more day, until MIDNIGHT tonight.
Help us meet our goal. Help us defend the Constitution.
Stand With the ACLJ: Double Your Tax-Deductible Gift.
Jay Sekulow ACLJ Chief Counsel
Why does the Supreme Court just sit on its hands while Obama breaks the law?
Why doesn’t Congress ask for a stay of any executive order in the Supreme Court?
I am puzzled that there isn’t a check and balance and everyone lets this man’s skin color shield him from having to obey the law.
It's not an every day acronym like FBI, CIA, ATT, or IBM.
Tomorrow we need to melt the lines in to the Capitol Switchboard. We need to point out to the aids that if Congress doesn’t stop this executive amnesty, there is no point in having a congress. They should all be fired.
AFRICANS FOR LAW AND JUSTICE
OOPS
AFRICANS CENTER FOR LAW AND JUSTICE!!!
Oops
Still wrong
That check was a senate of the states, an institution with an interest distinct from that of the House.
Overnight, the 17th Amendment did away with a federal republic and gave America a democratic republic.
Scotus and Congress are institutionally incapable of standing up to a runaway executive. It isn't in their interest. Thank the 17th.
ok Uff Da!!!
I explained that in my comment which was written before your post which means you did not even take the time to read it before you started using foul language. Why is that?
“If you sign the petition—great.
If not, please pray for this wonderful organization (The ACLJ, the American Center for Law and Justice) and for Jay Sekulow who says he has been summoned to Capitol Hill, to Congress, to oppose it in person this Tuesday. “Im going to testify before the House Judiciary Committee and explain exactly how President Obama broke the law.”
