Dorian Johnson initially said that his friend had put his hands in the air and said to Darren Wilson: 'I don't have a gun, stop shooting.'
Claim sparked protests in Ferguson and catapulted shooting to national attention
But Darren Wilson's version of events was entirely different - and appeared to be believed by grand jury
Close friends of Darren Wilson now want star witness to be charged over 'lying' about officer's actions
Johnson broke silence last night and said he had feared Wilson would kill him too
Close friends of Darren Wilson have called for the star witness in the Michael Brown shooting to be charged for lying about what he saw.
Two of the Ferguson police officers best friends told MailOnline that Dorian Johnson - who was next to Brown at the time - should be arrested for his statements in numerous TV interviews he made days afterwards.
They say that he made up the claim that Brown had his hands up which kickstarted the Hands up, dont shoot protest movement.
For his part Johnson told the grand jury that the whole process has left him feeling victimized.
He also revealed that the altercation began because he didnt like how Wilson spoke to him like a father telling off his son.

No, I discount Wilson's hyperbole comparing his struggle with Brown to a 6'4", 280 lb. man of muscle like Hulk Hogan attacking a 3'7", 41 lb. child.
. . . they would have been pursued by Officer Wilson, who had heard the call for a different car to respond to the reported strong-arm robbery. And who testified to the GJ that caught a glimpse of the box of cigarillos, and put two and two together. His reaction to the realization that the two, and the cigarillos, fit the radio report caused him to back the squad car up to delay the two suspects while Wilson awaited backup. Things went downhill from there.
He was also sitting down. Did you forget that part?
I didn't compare myself to a 3'7", 41 lb. 5-year-old child. He did.
Like I said you stupidly discount his feeling of helplessness.
Hello...that is NOT perjury.
Prosecute Johnson and all of the other liars.
Did you read his mind, or breathlessly believe his every word?
If you didn't read his mind, then how do you know how he 'felt'?
Listen, you fatuous excuse - he SAID how he felt, and described it. I can read his words.
You are the simpleton (you and Piers, and I suspect Piers gave you the idea) that is taking an OBVIOUSLY figurative comment literally. You are the one assuming that he couldn’t have felt as he said he felt...can YOU read his mind?
Brown clearly had the advantage in that scuffle. Anyone who has a clue how a body works realizes that without question.
The advantage..yes that of All out attack versus a tamped down proportional response.
Trevor the chimp in Connecticut never lost a fight either until he was nined, by a cop also. Better to get out the way odt if a 9z a commin be youz calling fo one.
Do you think your little bully was a fair match for the indian store proprietor, too?
He had no leverage. The comparison is accurate. You sir, are full of beans.
So, you breathlessly believed his every word.
Maybe he lied. Cops have been known to lie, even on the witness stand in a court of law. I know. I've seen it several times. That's why I don't automatically believe everything they say.
You are the simpleton (you and Piers, and I suspect Piers gave you the idea) that is taking an OBVIOUSLY figurative comment literally. You are the one assuming that he couldnt have felt as he said he felt...can YOU read his mind?
Only a simpleton unquestionably believes everything a cop says.
I never said that I believed him or not. I only pointed out his hyperbole. I never assume anything, especially when if comes to what a cop 'says'.
If that makes you get your panties in a bunch, then so be it. We're done.
FRegards,
My little bully, eh?
Just because I call out the cop for his hyperbole, or don't take his side, doesn't mean I automatically believe the criminal or take his side.
Where is the police union on this issue? Or do they just collect the dues, then give it to the DNC?
To discount a person’s statement requires knowledge - which you don’t have - or proof - which you don’t have. You can question with life experience, which you pathetically attempt by trying to hold a figurative statement to a literal standard. Only achild or an idiot does that.
His statement about his feeling of helplessnes is credible, given the circumstances and the severity of his injuries. you are the pathetic waste of air that eagerly sucks Piers’ butt when he calls Wilson a liar for using figurative speech - saying, as you are, that Wilson had no reason to feel helpless...and if that is NOT what you and Piers are saying, what is your point?
“I never assume anything, especially when if comes to what a cop ‘says’. “

Nice unbiased argument you have there./s

Mayor Rudy Giuliani, last night, on Perjury charges!
I disagree with the prosecutor on only one thing,” Giuliani said. “I would prosecute all those people for perjury.
