found that the Department of Public Works, for whatever reason, keeps records of sidewalk cleanings for reason of "human waste or urine." The SF government will solve this problem by hiding the data in the future.

As a young man who travelled to SF in 1973 to hang out at City Lights Books, I was shocked by the dogs running wild, and dog-do absolutely on all sidewalks. It seemed to indicate a streak of anarchy there.
