Napolitano is paid just shy of $600,000 a year in salary, along with $8,916 annually in car expenses, and a $142,500 relocation grant. Even in that tax bracket, she apparently cannot afford to live in the Bay Area, so the university system rents her a home at ten grand a month. Looks like she has learned how to live large like her past boss.

The monopoly of book publishers is starting to fall apart as books go digital. An e-book just doesn’t cost the same as a legacy hardback.
