Two possible outcomes once the GJ reveals it’s “final answer”.

1. True bill and the LEO is indicted=looting and rioting in a celebratory manner because, despite no wrong doing on the part of the LEO, “everybody” is elated at the verdict.

2. No true bill and no indictment=looting and rioting based on inequality/racism/hatred regardless of the circumstances.
