Since the "immigrants" aka illegals will be getting quasi resident status, this is a way to get them ObamaCare. Here is Gruber on the Kaiser Health News website on January 9, 2012 replying to a question on this topic:

"As for undocumented immigrants, there was no support to help them. Unfortunately, the law leaves them out in the cold. That was just a political reality."

But "fortunately" it now looks like the illegals allowed to stay here will be covered. What needs to be discovered is how much input Gruber had in designing this for the ILLEGAL executive order about to take place.
