Many children have imaginary friends.
But few of those BFFs are called Joe Biden....

Then, last Wednesday night, she answered the phone - and Biden was on the other end.
'He said, "This is Joe Biden" and I said, "Who the hell is this?' said Ms Burke. 'And he said, "This is Joe Biden", and I said, ‘I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry I said that to you.”

Reminds me of when the little blonde girl was talking to the evil spirits in the TV in “Poltergeist”.
She and he operate from the same grasp of reality.
He talks to her as well on HIS toy phone.
Yes little Avery has less gaffs and still makes more sense the Joe.

Sounds like a sweet (cough) manufactured non-story. As if a three year-old wanted to talk to an old guy she doesn’t know.
My oldest girly did want to invite Rush Limbaugh to her Birthday Party when she was 4 or so. I listened for the requisite 3 hours daily while watching my kids/taking care of the house and animals. TRUE STORY
Email or better yet call Rush and tell him this! I bet he would love it :)
This makes so much more sense than the Biden story... Rush would be more familiar to a child since he’s in a home/car 3 hours a day and children are listening. Where in the heck would this toy phone child ever get that much exposure to Biden? Sounds like a manufactured story, or her guardians are making it a point to expose her to Biden somehow. Ewwwe.
Does he charge by the minute?

Yes, and she thoughtfully speaks very slowly to him and uses one-syllable words so that he can follow her.
Or the three year old in “Twilight Zone” communicating with his deceased grandmother on his toy phone.
Biden has gone from comical to creepy in one swell foop.
