Killing that Nazi bitch would have been an act of war against an enemy combatant - especially after the finding of the hidden car. She had no rights, you fool. Murder was what she tried to do to him - and God knows how many others. Holding a baby is utterly irrelevent and an obvious ploy, and killing her would have had nothing to do with harming the baby - except free it from being raised by an evil monster.
