That is probably true but the first conversation I had with an evolutionist and also an atheist who was also a good friend was in 1956 and many since then.

It may surprise you that I also believe the earth was not the first place to have human life,

But the purpose of the bible seems to me to be in helping us to get to where we are going rather than where we have been.
