Just got a text from the Hogan campaign. Anthony Brown has conceded the race in a private phone call!
A republican has won in Maryland!!!!!

Pardon the vanity. It is in reference to the governor’s race in Maryland. I have a source inside the campaign. The democrat Brown has conceded.
