Lena Dunham is reportedly threatening to sue the right-wing website which last week accused her of sexually abusing her little sister Grace when they were children.
In the wake of the allegations, the creator and star of HBO's Girls, has cancelled two stops on her book tour scheduled this week in Belgium and Germany for health issues.
On Monday, she tweeted that she was 'deeply sorry' to miss the Antwerp Book Fair and a signing in Berlin, adding that she's 'so grateful for your energy and support'.

She’s reacting to the fallout surrounding the stuff she wrote in her book.
Kind of like a kid being caught and then blaming the parent. I am sure that Lena is more upset about losing her show, seeing her career in an acid burn, then her fanbase backs out.
This however is the worst way to handle this. Threatening to sue a right wing group is only hip if it doesn’t involve the fact that she wrote about molesting her little sister. I cannot imagine how finished she is among the hipsters and her liberal Hollywood friends will likely disown her too.
Two words. Roman Polanski.

Energy comes from somewhere other than the Holy Spirit. Energy is about taking from others, not coming from within. Lena and Brittany take energy from others. Prayers come from God and are generated from within.

It is all about publicity. Until last week, I had never heard of this person. Now I know way more about her than I want to or should.
Mmmm, good point, but not in the way she’s wanted. HBO will can her for this and I don’t think she’ll enjoy being liked in a fringe way. She’s been trying to become mainstream and she’s just ruined it. Polanski is a film maker who makes films and thus, has leverage over actors and actresses. Lena does not.

SUE!SUE!SUE! The lady will lose pretty embarrassingly. I doubt she can find a lawyer to take the case except as a political exercise or if she pays up him front. The “accusations” consisted of substantial quotes from her book. What’s she gonna say to the Court? There is no right to accurately repeat what I said? Plagiarism, maybe? She would merely look “outed” and silly.
So the sister she molested turned out gay?

She’s obviously one twisted sister, but it would be funny if she lied, making up all this sicko stuff in order to be hip and relevant with her depraved circle of deviants. Not hard to draw the conclusion that she is too dumb, arrogant, and corrupt to realize that the real world has boundaries.
Come on. She’s a media whore. She probably cancelled the tours because her book is not selling and no ones showing up. The threatening to sue is for media attention.
