No they were a bit more humane.
A lethal injection, smothering, gassing are all much less painful then being turned into jerky.

-Abortion in the first trimester
-Abortion on demand even in 3rd trimester
-Elimination of a born child because they are deformed
-Elimination of a born child simply because they are unwanted
-Elimination of the elderly and infirm because they are useless and raise the cost of Obamacare
-Elimination of political undesirables
