I have one: Methamphetamine. His face is full of scars and fresher wounds from picking at his skin. I've seen enough (read: hundreds) tweakers coming through the ERs I've worked in to know those signs. Plus, his skin is jaundiced, and his eyes are red.

This punk was clearly under the influence of something that caused a psychotic break. But it wasn't the love of Christ in him, because Christ promises a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.

You really think so? Fooled me I though it was just a bad case of acne. As for picking them, we popped our zits all the time. No biggie. We thought that was fun.

He may have had acne, but that shotgun pattern of active sores looks very meth-y.
