Yes, and apparently a few FReepers think this kind of bullying is acceptable.
It’s not acceptable, but it’s not a legal case either. This is of the class of offenses that should be resolved within the hospital, not in a court room. Somebody should be fired over this and the hospital should give him a couple of hundred bucks out of that last guy’s paycheck, and that should be the end of it.
