Ah that brings tears to my eyes.
There is nothing better on this earth than dogs.

Stories like this shine a little light into the dark view I have of humanity of late. Bless those nurses!

The hospital I do to has "hospital dogs" for terminally ill patients. The dogs are FABULOUS, of course, and seem to know that the patients need them.
Snerf, makes me all watery-eyed. My hubby (passed now) LOVED his doggies.

I belong to a group of volunteers who bring our dogs to see people like him who are wasting away in a place with no dogs. Petting a sweet dogs does wonders for some of them.

Our dog Corky, a 6-month old Rottweiler-Retriever mix, brings joy to our lives daily with his companionship, loyalty and antics. There is nothing like a good dog to cheer you up. He, along with our cat, George, his best friend, are family.
Bless the Lord for giving us pets to care for and they, in turn, to care for us.
