The Ole Miss fans didn't quite know what to make of us. We were there to lend moral support to a Mississippi team......we didn't do Hoddy Toddy though. Fresno State got clobbered.
Did you see the story of the little State fan who told an AU fan, War Eagle? He was alone in a sea of maroon/white and she wanted him to feel better. That is how State fans are. Loved the story.
Aww. That is sweet. That reminds me of a little girl at a softball tournament recently. Our team lost, and some of the girls were crushed. The little girl told our girls to keep their heads up that they played great. She was a total stranger but was so sweet. Children have such good hearts. :-)

And, no. Football being a relatively trivial thing, it is the perfect medium for long-term grudge holding. :)
