Plants produce the hormone mimics on purpose. By reducing male fertility, plants reduce the number of future plant eaters.

It's actually chicken, beef and other proteins. Estrogen additives add weight (fluid retinion anyone ) and especially fattening up cattle.

I've mentioned it for years as a reason for early puberty for girls (once menses onset 14-16 now much earlier, even 10) younger women getting breast cancer in 20 30s, not to mention fatter girls and women.

Yes, I often shake my head when I see a man order a soy latte at Starbucks. I often have to stop myself from asking them if they are low on estrogen. I really doubt most men know how much estrogen they are getting in their soy latte.
