FULL TITLE: British model who said shed abort her child to get on reality show now says she is completely anti-abortion
Over the decades our Movement has seen some amazing converts. The Jane Roe of Roe v. Wade (Norma McCorvey) became a passionate pro-lifer. Dr. Bernard Nathanson who not only was part of the brain trust that created the original NARAL but also presided over 75,000 abortions, produced The Silent Scream, an incredible pro-life documentary.
Josie Cunningham is [in]famous for a different kind of abortion advocacy. A British model, she made headlines earlier this year when she said she would abort her baby in order to gain a spot on the reality show Big Brother.
No one can know if it was a publicity scam or the truth. Either way, the important development was that Cunningham decided against the abortion (perhaps not coincidentally when the reality show said they would not book her) and in fact gave birth a little over a week ago to Grace Neiv.
Yesterday, the Mirror newspaper tells us, Cunningham dropped a bombshell. She sent out a series of tweets to her followers (of whom there are some 58,000) beginning with
Just so its completely clear. Im now completely ANTI-ABORTION. I came stupidly close to making the biggest mistake of my life.

Personally think the process is to easy & hush, hush. If theres something like abortion available then more people need to talk about it.

Sorry, should have explained it better. Im completely anti-abortion with the way it is now. Its to relaxed and needs tightening IMO.
The Mirrors Edward Roberts, who interjected some pretty harsh putdowns of Cunningham, also included this near the end of his story:
Motherhood has obviously changed the controversial stars frame of mind, who announced she has penned a letter to her little girl explaining why she came close to terminating her.
Josie explained: Ive actually written my daughter a 14-page letter, explaining why Ive done what Ive done and said the things Ive said.
Ive sealed the envelope and have no intentions of opening it until the day comes that she asks me why I came close to making what would the biggest mistake of my life, aborting her.
Toe model? Hand model? Elbow model?
I’ve always felt the term “pro-life” is wrong because it soft-coats what it should really mean: anti-abortion. Because Pro-abortionists always disguise their true intention by claiming they are “pro-choice”. The gloves in this sense mean something different each side.
The term “pro-choice” came first. “Pro-life” was an attempt to not be portrayed as moralistic naysayers.
Our culture valorizes the inoffensive and anodyne, and whether we like it or not, this is anathema to moral principles...
Nevertheless, “pro-choice” is not an accurate term. It lacks context, as if “choice” includes picking the color of your shoes as morally equivalent to anything else you might choose to do.
Holy CRAP.
