Tried to update my Iphone and it would have required me to delete apps, photos, etc. to make enough room for the bloatware update. Forget about it...

I am not trying to be insulting but just offer some help here so don't bite my head off if you dislike my suggestion.

If you back up your iPhone with the free iTunes software (Mac or Windows), you can then free up enough space to do the install (as well as protect your data should the iPhone get lost or stolen!) Once you have the new iOS, restore your archived data and keep on going. Hope this helps.

It requires a lot less space if you use a computer with iTunes to do the update instead of over-the-air.
