The problem here is here “yay government”. She doesn’t understand the Constitution. But neither does John Roberts and the libs on the court.
I wish we had a tough president with a hard hitting AG that would demand Roberts resignation. He refuses, start impeachment hearings. His Obamacare decision alone is so unconstitutional it’s laughable.
If Roberts resigned now, Obama would name his replacement. How would that improve things?

Well, if we had the government of your scenario, we wouldn’t have an Obamacare to deal with, therefore negating the need for the decision... :-(.
