A teen or a man?
Reporters and editors need to get their story straight.
It all depends. They use that language for females.
If the female is misbehaving, she's just a "girl" but it she is doing something great she's a wonderful woman.
Girl is used like boy is used.
At 18 the word is MAN and WOMAN. So "Ole Mo" is a grown man and if he WANTS to go to Pit-Hole middle east, LET HIM!!!!!
...but he was an “unarmed teen” and his mother says he is a good boy and he was going to college.../s

Both — 19=teen. 18=man.
19 old enough to legally make mature decisions and be shot at dawn.
