After learning the overturning of his felony conviction had been upheld by an appeals court, former Majority Leader Tom DeLay told WND he is considering bringing charges against the Travis County District Attorney’s Office for prosecutorial misconduct and he might run again for political office.

I do not think DeLay has much of a chance of prevailing in a civil lawsuit, but I hope he does it anyway. Start taking depositions of Ronnie Earl and other democrats and see what you can find. If nothing else, the depositions will make entertaining videos when they are posted on Youtube.

There is no question that there was political coordination between Earl and the democrat party, but ever proving it will require that someone on the left come forward with a smoking gun. Any documentary evidence of the conspiracy was destroyed long ago.

The mess with the DA’s office and its far overreaching can only be zapped with the right legislation. Now the good news.... This is pretty high on the list of priorities with our future Lt. Governor.
