It wasTom Delay that first taught me the merits of smiling during your booking photo also known as a “mugshot”. Rick Perry must have followed his advice.I'd love to see thes two standing side by side dressed as they are in their "mugshot" suits as Tommie earle gets handcuffs slapped on him.
