I'm amazed at the ignorance of FReepers [the stupid, it BURNS]
self

We have been seeing America go to the "dogs" for 6 years now and still some "brain dead" fools cling to the idea that they will stay home rather than vote for a "Pubbie" that they deem a RINO.

Republicans control the House and Obama gets everything he wants. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE! A Rino is Dem in sheep's clothing.

“Pushing Rinos isn’t in FR’s Mission Statement. Anywhere.”

I think we have moved well beyond the term RINO.

These “Statists” have mutated into a new strain of Marxism coupled with Crony Capitalism.

Like open liberals, they take and corrupt things to their purpose. Saves them money and stops us from getting united against them. Simple. No one likes to admit it but they regularly use FR as their propaganda outlet then point back to it as an example of how ‘conflicted’ the hard right is.

Becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

"Staying home" was not the problem. Even if people "stayed home," the were dispersed across all 50 states. Because of the nature of the Electoral College, "staying home" might have mattered only in swing states where vote fraud was targeted.

There's another element that was at play as well: Romney's bright and shiny GOTV system (Orca) imploded on Election Day, and apparently the backup failed along with it.

Breitbart has a pretty good article on it.

In fact, Orca diverted scarce resources that would have been better used physically moving voters to polling places. By a rough calculation, Romney lost the election by falling 500,000 to 700,000 votes short in key swing states. If each of the 37,000 volunteers that had been devoted to Orca had instead brought 20 voters to the polls in those states over the course of the day, Romney would have won the election.

And when your own side echoes the BS of the Dems, it kinda looks like the RNC and DNC agree. In fact, work together.

Like Orrin Hatch and Ted Kennedy...

The GOP is not the opposition party, it's the collaboration party.

“Like David Souter.”

You know, you can keep pointing out the one or two bad apples that slip through appointed by Pubs, but if Dems rule, it won’t be one or two mistakes, it will be all commie/fascist pinkos, all the time. And the balance on the court gets tipped for sure. Most of the cases decided this year have tipped more conservative, not liberal, with only a few exceptions. If it is filled with Lib Justices, the votes will be all socialist, and you know it, don’t you. Want to throw up some more strawman comments?

Not at the expense of further liberalizing the overall picture and making things worse (it IS possible)

But yes, he has to go.

"You know, I have real trouble with generaizations. There are plenty of Pubs that are anti amnesty, anti homo marriage, and anti abortion in particular. You paint with a very broad brush."

That doesn't even make any sense.

I said that the party will cave to those issues some day, and I asked if you would still support such a candidate. If you'd rather not answer, I understand.

Why all the fuss? If people want to vote, vote, if you don’t, don’t. Won’t matter a damn bit. Right after the elections, Osatan is going to grant amnesty to about 11 million or more illegals. A republican will never win again unless he is like the Brit conservative party which is essentially a democrat. A conservative by US standards will have an even lesser chance for a long time. We are more like UKIP, which won’t take the reins in Britain , but is poised to win some seats in Parliament. How many years has it taken to just get that? We are about ten years of rot behind the Brits, so whatever our 2014 election ends up, it won’t be for long.
We are headed for the dung heap. Things probably won’t change in our lifetime because we have allowed the rot to happen without push back.

I had bookmarked that site a year or two ago but now feel I have something clearer in mind when I return to study it...hopefully bright and early tomorrow morning. Thanks again; you’ve spurred me on. (I love such facts.)
