I'll drink to that!
Her win was a big surprise. I hate to say it but they have made it obvious that Miss America is obsolete. I am not a feminist at all. They have just dumbed it down. I do like that the girls look more athletic and not just skinny. But when a girl singing the movie version of a pop song, not perfectly at that, wins it is disappointing. Her talent could have been seen in any smaller venue. The questions are all predictable as well as answers. If a contestant answers with any uniqueness they do not stand a chance. I don’t think I will watch again and I can’t help but wonder when they will allow drag queens to enter. Or when will Mr. America get the same opportunity? I guess it was inevitable.
