Wrong, there was a complaint about sex in public given by witnesses who called 911 and in that case the officer has the right to know who he was dealing with.
That is the law basically.

Yes, I know. What I meant was that it “wasn’t the case” that they were stopped without reasonable suspicion.

I want to hear the called in complaints to shed more light on the subject...dd they call 911 or just dispatch and what exactly did they say? public records act request needed.
