Let’s put it this way. If Corman’s suit would have gone forward, Emmert, Freeh, Erickson, Surma, Peetz, Frazier, and countless others would have finally been under oath.

None of them wanted anything to do with that. Corman settled for sanction relief.

Sue’s lawsuit will take care of the wins.

...sigh...none of what you just posted there has any truth to it...Corman’s suit was never going to go further, and he knows it...and you do as well...

...you are aware that the Paternos can only sue the NCAA as third party plaintiffs, citing financial setbacks due to the vacated victories...how do you propose they do that...? Was Jay Paterno going to get a head coaching position somewhere that was quashed by this...?

...but like I said, maybe the 1999-2001 victories will be restored, which clearly never should have been vacated in the first place...
