If she is unconcious, she cannot give consent. Her drunkenness doesn't make her "more responsible" nor him "less responsible." Stupidity notwithstanding.

Of course, but I am not talking about sex passed-out drunk woman. I am talking about stupid, sloppy but still conscious drunk. Men’s lives are being ruined by women who decide months afterward that they were “raped” even if they were willing and enthusiastic at the time.
