My argument is not that “she was asking for it” but rather that she was stupid to put herself in a situation where she COULD be raped. If she has no memory of the event, then it is probably best for her.

I agree.

It is like being bitten by rabid dog in a cage becasue you stuck your hand in to pet it. You were dumb and got your hand bitten and the dog still needs to be taken out back and “Old Yeller’ed”

Of curse libs think you are excusing the rabid dog, no you are pointing out that stuipid is as stuipid does and the guilty still need to be punished.
