In the good, real America I recall from the 1940s and 1950s, a goon like Michael Sam would be barred from all of sports. If he sincerely repents of his abominable sin, disavows homosexuality in all forms and becomes a committed Christian, then I'd be willing to let him in the NFL. Otherwise, lifetime banishment is the only recourse.
