If it was some “secret” mission, it’s not so secret.
amnesty? Nah. He could get all that info by fax.
My guess is someone was going to get the boot—but things changed. And that makes me think it is holder. And you cannot dump your AG when Gentle Mike gets whacked.
So...he had to settle with Reggie.
