I'm just posting the web address of this resource on volcanos for anyone's use or interest. It's really a one stop reference that gives the most pertinent information.

Thanks - this is just what I was looking for awhile back when I wanted to respond to how much spewing volcanoes contribute to the “atmospheric conditions” compared with “human beans” on Planet Earth. ;)

There’s a TV mini-series by the same name. About 6 installments.
I’ve watched it several times.
A senior French guide takes customers to several of the World’s volcanos.
They get real close and go to some really unusual ones.
IIRC they start out in Vanuatu and end in an African desert at a pool of sulfuric acid.
Don’ t recall the channel but if it comes on again I’ll watch again.
Fascinating
That’s one of the things on my bucket list.

I recall seeing the last one in that series in the Great Rift. Well done.

Found the show. During the search I saw a site where you can watch episodes.
