I think it’s well past the threat level. Minimum wage may influence when it’s deployed and how widely at first, but I suspect this is inevitable regardless of Obama’s meddling (minimum wage and claiming franchise employees are corporate employees).

It really isn’t even the threat.

I recently walked into a local “Get Go,” to pickup a quick lunch and buy gas. The counter where you can order a lunch had a sign hanging over a machine that takes your order and payment. You then step down and wait for the kitchen chef to put your order up on the counter.
