Texas County Says 'No Undocumented Aliens'

DALLAS, Texas -- The Collin County Commissioner's Court in McKinney met on August 4 for a second and final time on the proposed resolution that would ban housing illegal minors in the county. Judge Keith Self, who was not present at the July 28 meeting, presided over a full courtroom. Public comments lasted for more than two hours and were followed by the court's vote.

Coti Rodriguez, Collin County chair of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) was a returning speaker. She insisted that the minors crossing the border illegally were coming with immunization cards; while Adam Richards of McKinney claimed these unaccompanied minors were "often better vaccinated than the children of Texas."

The judge offered three recommendations to solving the border crisis: "First, close the border to illegal immigration, today. Not tomorrow, today. Second, keep all illegal aliens in Texas close to the border. Treat them humanely, honorably, and charitably and close to the border. Third, return them to their native land as soon as possible so that the charitable organizations we will now support because we are aware of the issue can take care of them."

The Collin County Commissioners Court voted unanimously to pass the amended resolution.

Who immunized them, when, and where? Who spent the money to immunize them, and for what were they immunized?

I call BS on that. All the noted medical abnormalities, and yet they were immunized!? BS. I don’t believe a word of it.

Having Immunization doesn’t make their act of illegal entry legal. Send them home. Send an invoice, worthless as it may seem to their home government for the costs of doing so.

This court-related issue is very significant imo. This is because, politically correct interpretations of the Constitution's uniform Rule of Naturalization (Clause 4 of Section 8 of Article I) aside, the Founding States had not delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate immigration.

In fact, Thomas Jefferson had clarified, in terms of the 10th Amendment nonetheless, that immigration was a state power issue.

“4. _Resolved_, That alien friends are under the jurisdiction and protection of the laws of the State wherein they are: that no power over them has been delegated to the United States, nor prohibited to the individual States, distinct from their power over citizens. And it being true as a general principle, and one of the amendments to the Constitution having also declared, that “the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people,” the act of the Congress of the United States, passed on the — day of July, 1798, intituled “An Act concerning aliens,” which assumes powers over alien friends, not delegated by the Constitution, is not law, but is altogether void, and of no force [emphasis added].” —Thomas Jefferson, Draft of the Kentucky Resolutions - October 1798.

Also, regardless that federal Democrats and RINOs will argue that if the Constitution doesn’t say that they cannot do something then they can do it, the Supreme Court has addressed that foolish idea. More specifically, the Supreme Court has clarified that powers not expressly delegated to the feds via the Constitution, the power to regulate immigration in this example, are prohibited to the feds.

”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are a [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.

So this Texas Commission is properly exercising its 10th Amendment-protected power to deal with illegal immigrants imo.

He boasted that the illegal aliens were better vaccinated than the American citizen children and that in Guatemala for instance it was a law that everyone be vaccinated..
