Well, we know this part is a lie.

The case is one against Obama involving a purported crime against humanity. The letter referenced is not one of a case in progress in ICC, it merely acknowledges that a complaint has been received.

If someone wishes to have a picture accepted as accurately showing what is claimed, then they shouldn't "support" it with documents that have nothing to do with the picture and aren't what they claim anyway.
