Good! A citizen standing on the street in front of his store shouldn't have to worry about the police murdering him in broad daylight in front of his family and the whole neighborhood.

nothing will stop the abuse by the police till they PERSONALLY have to pay or face the consequences. They are protected by the state and their unions to kill, maim, destroy and otherwise act like douche bags because NO MONEY COMES OUT OF THEIR POCKETS or the don't face jail time.

We had cops in San Antonio beat the crap out of someone and the chief of police said essentially oops my guys got the wrong guy but I can see how.

http://thefreethoughtproject.com/cops-beat-father-point-hospitalization-oh-wrong-guy/

among other things the SA thugs in blue like to do.

If I remember this correctly, I think he was selling loose ciggies.

Is this a reason to lose your life?

In almost every instance when a murder by cop occurs, the pigs escalate the situation.

Total, immediate, compliance or die.

If any Freeper knows any of the doosh cops involved, you should shun them.

Bad as it is, this is nothing. Just wait until obama’s Brownshirts come out in full force.

With them there won't be any investigation, suspension without pay, or any due process. They'll be carrying whatever military grade weapon they feel like and they won't spare the ammo.

Selling untaxed cigarettes shouldn’t be a capital crime.

I’m always against State brutality against its citizens —

But (welcome to The War on Drugs nicotine lovers) in the end maybe it saved lives.

Think of the children! Oh who will think of the children?!

Granted the victim/perp was in very bad health and that probably contributed greatly to his death, but the bottom line is—

“Chokeholds are a violation of department policy”

You knowingly violate a safety policy and it ends in the death of a very nonserious criminal you’re going to get some time for that.

In most states the Coroner/Medical Examiner has only four choices:

Natural
Accidental
Suicide
Homicide

That group of cops killed a man, a USA citizen, recorded on multiple cameras, for “illegally selling tobacco products”.

I can't see any way for the JBT supporters to possibly justify what they did to him.

At most, they should have politely issued a written notice /summons to him to appear before a court.
I don't care if it was his first or 21st summons for the same offense. No where have I seen any indication that he was physically dangerous to anyone in public, or committing anything other than regulatory “misdemeanors” .
He wasn't robbing anyone. He wasn't threatening anyone. He wasn't armed with an illegal weapon.

If anyone has any factual information that claims otherwise, I'm certain we would all love to learn of it.

But as of today, I have seen nothing but a bunch of cops killing a USA citizen, because they just didn't like his attitude against an unreasonable attempt to physically detain him for a regulatory infraction.

Why did they attempt to physically detain him?
