According to Nordjyske, the Russian captain of the ship registered a blood alcohol level over twice the legal limit when North Jutland Police administered a breathalyzer at around 4am. And that was over five hours after the ship, the Cyprus-owned Cemfjord, ran aground.Obvious fallacy in that line of thinking is obvious...

So....HELLO! What IS the “legal limit” with those people. They drink Vodka like it’s water, so I imagine they have a pretty stout legal limit for pretty stout consumption levels. I don’t think MADD has taken them out yet.
