BTW I happen to live near a large complex, with a woodshop among its many amenities. A friend of mine is member of a group there, that makes toys for children.
I know it is difficult to grasp, but people buy in planned communities, partly for the “order” they present.
You won’t have a neighbor up into all hours of the night, gunning the engine of his hot-rod project in his garage.
Or neighbors failing to mow and water the lawn. Or a neighbor turning his garage, into a shop.
Every person signed up for association rules when they bought.
If they don’t like the rules, they can sell and locate elsewhere.
Can not understand why anyone would buy a house that is part of a Homeowners Association. Homeowners Association ate run by little tin generals who expect their sl;aves to bow down before their commands.
