He won 5 tournaments last year, it ain’t over. The era of Tiger’s dominance is over, but if he manages to recover effectively from his back surgery he’ll still be competing and relevant for another 4 or 5 years. Yeah he won’t beat Jack’s record, but I’m betting he still has 1 major in him.
Yeah but he always wins on the same golf courses. Bay Hill, Memorial, Torrey Pines, etc. If he’s healthy, I do give him a good chance at Valhalla - another pathetic site for a major thanks to the PGA and their money grubbing. I digress...
I hear ya, golf is such a fickle game. a blade of grass here, a bump on a green, a break that goes your way, as long as his legs and back hold out,, I wouldn’t count him out bagging one more.. altho there are lot of good young golfers out there .. which would make it all the more satisfying. both to see him hang ‘em up and new faces selling the undies and golfballs.
