When you get squash, it is often the gift that keeps on giving.LOL
Sometimes I pickle it with onions to eat in the winter time.
This week I’ve made two squash pies, a squash casserole, and 12 pints of squash relish. The pig got half of a five-gallon bucket, and there is more waiting for her. We took a bag to friends at church this morning, and the plants are just blooming their little heads off. Whew!
