I read Archie comic books as a kid back in the ‘80s when it was still comprised of wholesome characters and storylines that largely embraced traditional conservative values. Unfortunately, after the passing of one of its founders a few years ago, his whacko leftist son took over the publication and has transformed it into the ludicrous left-wing rotgut you see today.

Actually, they already have. Go to YouTube and listen to the recent Top 20 hit “Same Love” by rapper Macklemore (if you can actually stomach sitting through that sickening garbage).
They did. But those are 2 different story lines. Maybe they’ll do it in the future though. lol
No, but Dagwood’s son did start wearing a shirt that had a design that looked suspiciously like the Obama O. That and something else that I can’t remember made me stop even looking at Blondie on the comics page.
PS I doubt Dan DeCarlo would be interested in drawing this "final" Archie story.
Norman Rockwell had some kind of barking moonbat leftist relative try to ride his coattail to headlines in recent years.
OK he marries both and they make him sleep in the guest room/ the ultimate PC ending.
DestroyLiberalism beat me to it, but yeah, there’s already a lot out there. That ridiculously bad Mackelmore song won a Grammy, IIRC. And then there is Lady GaGa’s various hits (”Born this Way”, etc.)
