Harry Potter as the villain ? Was Wil Wheaton unavailable ? This is a joke, right ? After nobody male villains in the post-Dalton era, they finally get Javier Bardem to step up (the first memorable villain since Robert Davi in “Licence to Kill”) and now they’re retreating to the equivalent of “Sesame Street” ?
Next, they’re going to say Radcliffe will be playing Blofeld. There’s really only one person who could play Blofeld, someone so utterly evil, criminal and reprehensible, and that is George Soros. He’d be the best Bond villain ever, born to play the role he’s acted throughout his miserable life.

I liked Sean Bean as Trevelyan (Goldeneye is one of my favorites but I still think it would have been better with Dalton), and Elektra in TWINE was a great villain, Robert Caryle was dreadfully boring but he was pretty much just her flunky, she was the main villain.
As I said I was surprised that I liked Bardem's performance, I never liked him. The first 2 Craig villains were zzzzzzzzzz. Maybe Potter can surprise us too?

Ha. I was thinking perhaps they should use Blofeld. He is supposed to be a master of disguise but turning into Harry Potter would be pushing it.
