Ft. Marcy park is on or off the G. W. Parkway that runs from MT. Vernon VA, George Washington’s home, to Maryland. It hugs the Potomac River on the VA side and is the Domain of the U.S. Park police.

I thought Ft. Marcy was in Alexandria? Anyway, very funny.

It is located near the George Washington Parkway, which starts at the I-495 Beltway and follows the Potomac. Every time I drive past it, I think of Vince Foster.

My guess is this will stay up for a couple of days . The average Ebay user is not a news junkie like me, and has never even heard of the notorious Marcy Park and what is said to have ‘befallen’ a Mr. Vince (Dreamboat) Foster who may or may not have ‘found himself in bed’ with The First Lady Hillary Clinton at one time or another. Just the other day, some website used a photo showing the explosion of that spacecraft The Challenger with a caption about ‘nice clouds, huh?’ they later apologized that the staff had not yet been born when the Challenger blew up. Lame.

I went to Washington DC in ‘98 to attend the FR March For Justice. We had a tour of Fr March Park led by a guy who was there in the park and saw suspicious activity. Later that evening he saw on TV about Vince Foster being found there and called the police and reported what he had seen. I wish I could remember the guys name, it was a fascinating weekend, one I will never forget.

You may be talking about Patrick Knowlton. I actually met Patrick at an even where he spoke in S. California. On my trip to Ft. Marcy Park, I have some photos (now where are they?) One is me appearing to be dead near the cannon; the other is from the back of me peeing on a tree. That is why Knowlton was there in the park. He got off the road and had to take a pee. It has been memorialized in song.

I met Patrick Knowlton. He was one of the keys to the case. How Vince got to the park has still never been solved. Trooper Roger Perry was on duty at the Governor’s Mansion in Arkansas when he received the phone call from Helen Dickey (Chelsea’s nanny). That call was at about the time the body was found. Clinton claims he found out a couple hours later when he was on Larry King. Dickey lied in her testimony to D’Amato’s committee and claimed she learned about the death hours later. Perry and Larry Patterson wanted to testify but D’Amato refused to call them. Had they testified, that would have ended the Clinton presidency.
