Five officers against one man in a wheelchair - why, oh why, didn’t they call for backup?

Because they are true warriors, a band of brothers!

Good God, think of the danger. The paraplegic could have had a nitrous system installed in that horrific machine of death he violently drove with such reckless and obstreperous abandon.
