Thank you for the feedback. I will be watching for interviews with him on Univision or call the family in Colombia later. If I can get feedback from them I’ll post it but it may be later in a few days. Cheers and have w wonderful 4th of July weekend!

Argentina made three changes for their World Cup quarter-final against Belgium on Saturday, with Jose Maria Basanta, Martin Demichelis and Lucas Biglia coming into the team in Brasilia.

Thank you for your great World Cup posts. It’s a perfect way to get updates.
If I had a time machine, I’d take us back to 1974, and invite you to Toni’s Schnell-im-Biss at the corner of Kadettenweg and Finckensteinallee, for an order of curry wurst. The only beer Toni sold was Berliner Kindl in bottles.
The Schnell-im-Biss was near the main gate of what was then called Andrews Barracks, the former Preussiche Kadetten Anstalt.

You’re most welcome 04-Bravo!
It’s been a wild ride so far, next ping list will be from 1974!

Hehe, the Drudge siren for that.
I’m pulling for Costa Rica today. This tournament needs an underdog now, plus they’re CONCACAF.

Why are they doing so well at this World Cup?Great credit must go to the Colombian coach Jorge Luis Pinto, who has every player performing to his absolute maximum and who has forged a real family atmosphere with complete focus, togetherness and commitment from the whole squad. Pinto, who has a sports degree from Cologne University and is inspired by German discipline, has designed a system around his players that cleverly masks their deficiencies in defence.

Argentina 1-0 Belgium...It is a long and involved song, explaining how the Brazilians have been crying ever since Claudio Caniggia scored against them in 1990 and how Diego Maradona is better than Pele.

What to Watch
The cheerleaders? If they're anything like the Brazilian womens' beach volleyball players, I'm in!
