I have lost 13 pounds since April. Eliminated grains and refined sugar. That’s it. I don’t count calories and don’t ever feel hungry. Eat lots of fruit, vegetables protein and avocado for fat. Avocado for breakfast in a two egg omelette and not hungry until dinner. But i also snack on cashews sunflower seeds and pistacheos. I eat when not hungry. So lots of fat and protein.
I suspect that grains spike blood sugar then crash so it makes you hungry all the time. I do miss beer.
I do an avocado every day as well. And lots of tomatoes.
My attempts to give up beer were a miserable failure. I regulate my intake by buying beer I can’t afford to drink a lot of (Chimay, preferably).
